With an abundance of love and concern, the Horton Family is embracing the heartbroken loved ones of Ms. Lenell Shannonhouse as they prepare to say “Farewell” to this vital link to their family chain. Ms. Shannonhouse closed the curtains on this journey called life on Friday, January 30, 2026. 

The heartbreaking task of planning the Life Remembering services for Lenell has been finalized and will commence with a Viewing and Visitation on Friday, February 6, 2026 at from 6pm to 8pm with a Celebration of Life beginning at 7pm with Rev. Dr. William Sawyer, Officiating. 

Although Lenell closed the drapes on this daily walk called life, those whom she loved and loved her can find solace knowing, she has walked into the Garden of Rest where everyday is as peaceful and beautiful as a bright Sunday morning and the sunlight brightens the day from the rays of our Heavenly Father.

The professionals at Horton’s Funeral Home and Cremations are accommodating each request and personal desire of the Shannonhouse and connected families.
